Sarah Diane Brewer Tyner

Sarah Diane Brewer Tyner, 79, of Gainesville, Georgia passed away on Saturday, September 28, 2024.

Mrs. Tyner was born on October 30, 1944 to the late Linton C. Brewer Jr. and Hortense Ivey Brewer in Gainesville, Georgia. Diane attended Sardis Elementary School and later graduated from North Hall High School in 1962. She married Tommy Tyner in 1964. Diane was a lifelong native of Gainesville. She worked for Gainesville First National Bank, Ronald’s Clothing, First National Bank and The Norton Agency. Along with her parents she is preceded in death by her husband.

Diane is survived by her daughter and son-in-law Kim and Robert Crumley; son Todd Tyner; grandchildren Weslie Tyner Labasci, Ashley Tyner, Devin Tyner, Trista Crumley Knapp; great-grandchild Maddie Evens_, as well as a number of other relatives and friends.

A funeral has been scheduled for Tuesday, October 1, 2024 at 11:00 AM at Memorial Park Riverside Chapel. Rev. Darrel Womack and Rev. Phillip McQueen will officiate the service. The family will receive friends on Monday, September 30, 2024 at the funeral home from 5:00 – 8:00 PM. Interment will be at Alta Vista Cemetery.
