Michaela Nicole Haney

Michaela Nicole Haney, age 20, of Sugar Hill, GA, passed away on Friday, September 13, 2024. She was preceded in death by her great-grandparents, John and Willene Haney, Sonny and Lucille Marks, Tommy and Shirley Pitchford, Joyce and Earl Bryson; grandfather, Edward Roper. Miss Haney is survived by her parents, Brandon and Kristi Marks Haney; sister, Breonna Haney; best friend and caregiver, Meta Menzie; maternal grandparents, Tony and Lisa Anglin, Danny Marks; paternal grandparents, Michael Haney, Sharon Roper; several aunts, uncles and cousins. Miss Haney was born on November 17, 2003 in Atlanta, GA. She graduated from Lanier High School in 2022 and attended Georgia Gwinnett College. Miss Haney was a member of Sugar Hill Church, Sugar Hill, GA.

A funeral service will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Monday, September 23, 2024 in the Chapel of Flanigan Funeral Home, with Pastor Chuck Allen officiating. Interment will follow the service at Broadlawn Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends from 1:00 p.m.to 3:00 p.m. and from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. on Sunday, September 22, 2024 at Flanigan Funeral Home. 4400 South Lee Street, Buford, GA.
