Patricia A. Muschell

Patricia A. Muschell, 92, of Gainesville, GA., passed away peacefully at her home on Aug. 31, 2024.

   Pat, the daughter of the late Lt. Col. Garfield and Myrl Lindquist was born May 27, 1932 in Pontiac, MI. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by Edward V. Muschell, her beloved husband of 70 years, a son, Michael Muschell, and her sister, Maxine Miller, of Baton Rouge.

   Pat was a former librarian, a lover of music, reading, singing and square dancing. She and Ed traveled the world during the latter part of his work life, enjoying many adventures together before his passing in 2020.

   She is survived by her children David Muschell, Milledgeville, Mindy (Harry) McBain, Gainesville, and Jeff (Kristin Leo) Muschell, NYC; grandchildren Adam (Grace) McBain, Marietta, Joy McBain, Gainesville, Sophia Muschell, Portland, OR, Olivia (Jon) Nardell, Scarborough, ME, and great-grandchildren Bryson McBain, Gainesville, and Brigitte and Vincent McBain, Marietta. She also leaves behind her dear cat, Sandy. The family thanks her special caregivers, Sarah, Meghan and Brandi for their care and love of Pat.

   A private graveside internment will be held at a later date.
