Harriett Stone McLeran

Harriett Stone McLeran, age 80, Buford, GA passed away on Wednesday, August 28, 2024.

She was preceded in death by her husband of twenty-one years, William McLeran; parents, Harry and Mae Peters Stone; and brother, Ronnie Stone. Mrs. McLeran is survived by her son and daughter-in-law, Bill and Rhonda Beldon of Buford; grandchildren, Zack and Melissa Beldon of Palm Bay, FL, Marissa and Logan Minshew of Rome, GA, Brianna Beldon of Winston Salem, NC; great-grandchildren, Adelyn Minshew, Billy Beldon, Maddox Minshew; brother, Mike Stone, Jonesboro, GA; several nieces, nephews, and cousins; and close high school friends, Pat, Linda, Vickie, and Nancy.

Mrs. McLeran was born on April 15, 1944 in Monroe, GA. She was a 1962 graduate of Therrell High School in Atlanta, GA and was a retired Closing Real Estate secretary from Donner and Katz LLC and Company. Mrs. McLeran enjoyed traveling and spending time with her grandchildren and great grandchildren, and she was of the Baptist faith. A Funeral Service will be held on Tuesday, September 3, 2024 at 1:00 p.m. in the Chapel of Flanigan Funeral Home with Dr. Lamar Holley officiating.

Graveside Service will be at 3:00 p.m. at Westlawn Memorial Gardens in Monroe, GA. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 11:00 a.m. until time for the service at 1:00 p.m.
