Earl Eugene "Chuck" Gilreath, Jr.

Earl “Chuck” Eugene Gilreath, Jr., age 68 of Cleveland, passed away Monday, August 26, 2024.

Mr. Gilreath was born on February 3, 1956, to the late Earl Eugene Gilreath, Sr. and Jean Nix Gilreath.  Chuck was a retired telephone technician and a member of Yonah Masonic Lodge #382 F&AM.

Survivors include his wife, Judy Gilreath, Cleveland; daughters and sons-in-law, Katie and Cody Charles, Demorest, and Jana and Johnny Shelton, Cleveland; grandchildren, Henley Charles, McKenna Charles, and Cole Shelton; sister, Cindy Cannon; nephew, Joe Cannon.

Funeral services are scheduled for 2:00 P.M. Thursday, August 29, 2024, at The Chapel of Barrett Funeral Home.  The Rev. Lyman Caldwell, the Rev. Ronnie Dockery, and the Rev. Phillip Robinson will officiate.  Interment will follow in Yonah View Memorial Gardens.

The family will receive friends from 4:00 – 8:00 P.M. Wednesday at the funeral home.
