Sandra Jane Marie Hillman, 73 of Winder.
Sandra Jane Mari Hillman was born on Jan. 1, 1951, to the late Sam and Carrie Lee. She fell asleep in death Aug. 26, 2024 surrounded by her loved ones. Jane as she was called, was united in marriage to Joseph Hillman who preceded her in death. To this union 4 children were born. Chrisetta Handson and Keithan J. Hillman preceded her in death. Jameel Hillman and Arkisha Hillman all of Winder Ga. Jane dedicated her life to Jehovah in 1980. According to her, that was the best decision she had ever made. She worked at Sheltering Arms Daycare for many years until her retirement. She was a seamstress, a decorator and a great cook. She was a loving, caring person who never met a stranger. She was a trustworthy friend who encouraged people every way she could. Her smile was contagious because she always had something to say to make you laugh. She is survived by a very devoted daughter and son. Arkisha Hillman and Jameel Hillman. Sisters, Charnessa Lee, Ethel Sims, Quijada Mayfield, Joyce Lee. Brothers and Sister-in-laws: Otis Lee, Lazrus Lee, Aaron (Denise) Lee, Kelly (Pam) Lee, Forest Mayfield Norman (Sonja) Lee, Sidney (Melissa) Lee, Sherman (Gloria) Lee, Sam (Louise) Lee. Homer Lee preceded her in death. Addie Taylor. A Special sis- in- laws Elaine Dixon, Lunette Hillman, Brother-in-laws Tommy Hillman, Robert Sims. Special nieces Shabria Starks, Quishia "Bon-QuiQui" and a host of other nieces, nephews, relatives and friends who she dearly loved. Special friends Sarah (Samuel) Harris and Jo Evelyn (Ronnie) Toliver.
Funeral service will be held on Saturday, August 31, 2024, at 3:00 PM at kingdom Hall, 609 Argonne Road, Winder, GA. A visitation will be held on Friday, August 30, 2024, between the hours of 4:00 PM- 7:00 PM at the Mary Ford Sims Building, 123 East New Street, Winder, GA.
