Cheryl Lynn McMinn Grundy

Evans Funeral Home of Jefferson announces the death of Mrs. Cheryl Lynn (McMinn) Grundy, age 74 of Winder, Georgia who entered rest Wednesday, August 14, 2024. Ms. Grundy was born in Hamilton, Ontario, Canada. The daughter of the late Douglas Haig Grundy and the late Marion Christina Grundy. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother, Alan Grundy, and a niece, Leigh Grundy.

Ms. Grundy was a devoted mother, grandmother, and friend.

Survivors include her loving partner and fiance, Dennis Ray Beatty of Snellville Georgia. Her two sons, Michael George Raffa of Cherry Hill, New Jersey and Steven Philip Raffa of Holtsville, New York and daughter, Teresa Jean Julian (Steven) of Medford, New York. Five grandchildren, Sydney Rose Raffa (Anthony Digiorgio) and Samantha Christina Raffa, all of Holtsville, New York, Rachel Lynn Julian, Kathryn Elizabeth Julian, and Jack Douglas Julian, all of Medford, New York

The family will receive friends Monday August 26, 2024 from 6-8 p.m at Evans Funeral Home. Internment will be in Talmo Baptist Church Cemetery.
