Mr. Charles Donald Smith, Jr. 67, of Gainesville, passed away Friday, August 16, 2024 following a sudden illness.

A graveside service will be held at 11:00 a.m. Monday, August 19, 2024 in Memorial Park Cemetery. Reverend Drewery Loggins will officiate.

Born on February 2, 1957 in Gainesville, he was the son of Charles Donald Smith, Sr. and the late Margie Waldon Smith.

Mr. Smith is survived by his father, Charles Donald Smith, Sr. and stepmother, Merry Smith of Gainesville and sister, Rita Franklin of Lula.
