Sau Thi Nguyen, born on September 19, 1938, in Vietnam, passed away peacefully on August 13, 2024, at the age of 85. A strong and determined woman, Sau Thi was a single mother who courageously brought her children to America in pursuit of a better life. Her legacy is one of hard work, resilience, and love for her family.
Sau Thi was known for her vibrant personality. Outspoken and fun-loving, she never hesitated to speak her mind, often bringing joy and laughter to those around her. She was a pillar of strength and a guiding light for her family, teaching her children the value of hard work.
She is survived by her loving children: Nga Thi Lam, Hoa Thi Lam, Viet Nguyen, and Loan Nguyen. Her memory will also be cherished by her ten grandchildren: Tung Lam, Thao Nguyen, Louis Sin, Amy Ta, Andy Nguyen, Susanna Zadig, Liem Nguyen, Jimmy Ta, Felix Zhang, Alex Zhang, and Tristan Nguyen. As well as her two great grandchildren: Noah Zhang-Nguyen and Ethan Davidson.
Sau Thi’s life was a testament to the power of perseverance and the importance of family. She will be deeply missed by all who knew her.
