Sandra Lenderman Gibbs

Sandra Lenderman Gibbs, age 73, of Gainesville, Georgia, entered Heaven’s gates on Monday, August 12, 2024 at Northeast Georgia Medical Center surrounded by family.

She was born November 17, 1950, to the late Charles and Betty Lenderman, and she was also preceded in death by her brother, Tim Lenderman, paternal grandparents, Horace and Mary Frances Lenderman, maternal grandparents, Otis Clippard and Clorene Clippard Cagle, father-in-law, Billy Gibbs; son-in-law, Johnny Parks and infant grandsons Dillon Gibbs and Tristan Parks.

Sandra is survived by her husband, Mike Gibbs, sons, Trent and Charles Gibbs, and daughter, Amanda Parks, brother Gregg Lenderman (Lynn). She was known as Crazy Grammy Sandy by her grandchildren, Alexis (Trey) Barnes, Sydney, Hayden and Lindzie Parks, Madysen, Ashlyn and Allie Gibbs; great-grandchildrren, Cayden, Elijah and Dustie Barnes; mother-in-law, Mary Ann Gibbs, aunt, LaTrelle Waters and cousin, Elizabeth Waters. In addition, nephew, Josh (Natalie) Lenderman and niece, Cassie Nix, along with great-nephew, Henry Lenderman and great-nieces, Madelyn Lenderman and Josie Nix. Many other family and friends also survive.

She was a member of Lakewood Baptist Church. A lover of many animals and she treasured her family dearly.

The family would like to extend a Thank You to all of her caregivers and nursing staff at Northeast Georgia Medical Center, that lovingly cared for her during her illness.

A celebration of life will be Saturday, August 24, 2024 from 6:00 pm until 9:00 pm at the Midland Apartment Rooftop Sky Lounge at 2100 St. Thomas Dr. SW Gainesville, GA 30501.
