William “Bill” Luther Manning, Jr., age 83, of Buford, GA passed away on Saturday, August 10, 2024. He was preceded in death by his wife of forty-even years, Billie H. Manning. Mr. Manning is survived by his children, Kimberly (Rev. Benny) Parker of Commerce, GA, Tony (Tammy) Manning of Lawrenceville, GA; three grandchildren, Lilith Katherine Manning, Zachery Parker, Jennifer Parker Carter; two great-grandchildren; brother, Joe (Marty) Manning of Charlotte, NC; and several nieces, nephews, and cousins. Mr. Manning was born on September 7, 1940 in Daisy, TN. He graduated from Soddy-Daisy High School located in Soddy-Daisy, TN and was a veteran of the U. S. Army. Mr. Manning was the owner of Ace Auto Store in Buford for forty-five years. No formal services are planned. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Gwinnett Humane Society in memory of William “Bill” Luther Manning, Jr.
