Ronald Johnson

Mr. Ronald Johnson, age 77 of Oakwood, Georgia, passed away on Monday, August 5, 2024 at his home surrounded by family.

A Celebration of Life will be held at 2:00 P.M. Thursday, August 22, 2024 at Memorial Park South Chapel. The family will receive friends from 1:00 to 2:00 P.M. prior to the service at Memorial Park South Funeral Home.

Mr. Johnson was born December 13, 1946 to the late Thomas P., Sr. & Mary H. Johnson in Tryon, North Carolina. He attended Suwanee First United Methodist Church. 

He is survived by his wife, Doris Johnson of Oakwood, GA; sons, James David Cole of Flowery Branch, GA and his daughter, Sandy and sons, Christopher & Frederick; John Christopher Andrews, and his daughter, Jenna and son, Cole; Douglas Edward (Denise) Cole of Statham, GA and his daughters, Ashton (Cameron) and Amber (Logan); Kenneth Edward (Leesa) Amos of Gainesville, GA, and his daughter, Kami (Preston) and son, Timothy; & Brian Patrick Johnson of Suwanee, GA; brother, Thomas Pershing (Brenda) Johnson of Jacksonville, FL; and sister, Martha (Bob) Walker of Landrum, SC. He was blessed with an abundance of grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, & friends.
