Gerald Tyler

Gerald Tyler, age 84, went to be with Jesus on Wednesday, July 31, 2024.  He was preceded in death by his parents, Moody and Cuvis Tyler, and his brother, Paul Tyler.  Gerald is survived by his devoted wife of 62 years, Rosa Tyler; uncle, Billy Hall (Lou); brothers, Michael Tyler (Judy) and Donald Tyler (Ginger); sister-in-law, Kay Tyler; son, Steven Tyler (Tara); daughter, Susan Croxton (Alex); granddaughter, Olivia Ayre (Marshall); great grandson, Abraham Ayre; grandson, Brice Croxton (Jessica); and several nieces, nephews and cousins.  Gerald loved the Lord and was an active member of Cross Pointe Church. He enjoyed teaching Sunday School and spending time with his family and friends.
A Celebration of Life is scheduled on Sunday, August 18, 2024 at 4:00 PM at Cross Pointe Church (1800 Satellite Boulevard Building G Duluth, GA 30097) with Alex Croxton officiating, and a meal will be served.  In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made at www.samaritanspurse.org.
