After returning home from the military, he worked as a Corrections Officer and continued his studies at Lanier Technical College earning his Building Trades degree. He worked in construction for many years and eventually started his own general contractor company, Cobb Construction. He loved helping others, being a comedian, music and was always the life of the party. He was a well-known DJ, D-Funk. His charm, smile, humor, wit and zest for life will be greatly missed.
