Barbara Jean Couch Jenkins

Mrs. Barbara Jean Couch Jenkins, 75, of Flowery Branch, passed away Monday, July 8, 2024 at Northeast Georgia Medical Center Gainesville.

The family will receive friends at Memorial Park Funeral Home Tuesday, July 9, 2024 from 4:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 Wednesday, July 10, 2024 in the Chapel of Memorial Park. Mr. David Presley will officiate. Interment will be in White Plains Baptist Church Cemetery.

Born on July 25, 1948 in Sandersville, GA., she was the daughter of the late Bert L. and Lectris B. Brantley Pressley.  She was retired from Stouffer Pine Isle Resort. Mrs. Jenkins was a member of Mt. Calvary Baptist Church.

In addition to her parents, Mrs. Jenkins was preceded in death by her daughter, Mary Jean Couch and brother, Bert Anthony Pressley.

Mrs. Jenkins is survived by her husband, Bill Talmadge Jenkins and daughter and son in law, Lectris Michelle and Lawson Keith Passmore of Gainesville.
