Dennis Douglas Wade

Dennis Douglas Wade, age 67, of Alto, passed away on Tuesday, July 2, 2024.
Born on January 20, 1957, in Demorest, he was a son of the late J.C. and Geneva Armour Wade. Mr. Wade retired from Fieldale and attended Pine Grove Holiness Church. He enjoyed working on and restoring automobiles including his 1923 T Bucket that he worked on for nine years. Mr. Wade could often be found strolling through antique car shows. He was a loving father, grandfather, and brother. Most of all, he loved the Lord.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his beloved wife, Ella Lou Wade.
Survivors include his son, Caleb Andrew Wade, Sr.; grandson, Caleb Andrew Wade, Jr. (C.J.); brother, Lerry Wade; sisters, Annette Wade Cook and Janette Wade Dodd; nieces, Keshia Dodd and Edena Bryson; and several great nieces, great nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins, and other relatives, and friends.
Graveside services are scheduled for 11:00 am on Friday, July 5, 2024, at Wade Family Cemetery with Pastor Graylen Armour officiating.
