Mildred Hallman Crane

Mildred Hallman Crane, age 82, of Gainesville, Ga went to her Heavenly Home on June 22, 2024 after a brief illness.

Mildred was born April 26, 1942 to the late Steve and Willie Nell Hallman in Dahlonega, Ga. Some of her favorite things included gardening, going out to gospel singings, going to church and spending time with her family. She was a lifetime member with a loving church family at Antioch Baptist Church in Dawsonville, Ga. Mildred was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, sister and friend. In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by her son-in-law Scott Presley; two brothers Ralph and Gordon Hallman and sister Diane Fair.

Mrs. Crane is survived by her husband of 62 years Marvin Crane; daughter Shelby Presley; son and daughter-in-law Terry and Lisa Crane; grandchildren Ashley Cain, Joseph Charron and Amber Presley; Four great-grandchildren; brothers and sisters-in-law Joe and Connie Hallman and Steve and Faye Hallman as well as many nieces and nephews.

Funeral services are scheduled for Monday, June 24, 2024 at 2:00 pm at Antioch Baptist Church in Dawsonville. The Family will receive friends at the church on Monday, June 24, 2024 from 12:00 pm until 2:00 pm. Rev. Bobby Whitmire and Rev. Clifford Allen will officiate the service. Interment will follow in the church cemetery.
