Andy M. Howington

Andy M. Howington, age 59, a beloved son, brother, father, and grandfather, peacefully passed away on June 13th, 2024 in Buford, Georgia. Andy was born on June 1st, 1965 in the same town he called home throughout his life.
Andy was an accomplished mechanic by trade. His passion for fixing things extended far beyond engines and gears; he loved repairing anything that needed extra attention to detail.
He leaves behind a legacy of love and kindness that will forever be cherished by those who knew him.
He was the beloved son of Reuben and Jean Howington. Andy is survived by his father Reuben Howington, his brother Dale (Ashlee) Howington, and his dearest daughter Ashley Howington. He is also survived by his adored granddaughters Hailey Corbin, Madelynn Corbin, and Kerrigan Corbin as well as his nephew Blake Howington, and niece Rilee Howington.
Andy is preceded in death by his cherished mother Jean Howington.
Visitation will be held at Flanigan Funeral Home Thursday, June 20, 2024 from 1:00-3:00 pm.
Funeral Services will follow at 3:00 p.m. in the Chapel of Flanigan Funeral Home with Pastor Tim Campbell officiating. Interment will follow at the Old Suwanee Baptist Church Cemetery located in Buford, GA.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks for a more memorable and lasting legacy tree or annual flowering bush to be planted by his daughter, father, and/or brother.
