Benjamin Franklin "Frank" Castleberry, 82 of Gainesville passed away Saturday June 8, 2024, at his residence.
Born in Hall County, September 20, 1941, Mr. Castleberry was the son of the late Paul and Mae Godfrey Castleberry. He was retired from the United States Army with 20 years and 1 day of service. After his retirement, he returned to Hall County and was very active in Real Estate investing and property management.
Survivors include his sons and daughters-in-law, Eddie and Monica Castleberry, Issac and Kimberly Castleberry, daughter and son-in-law, Shirley and Russell Fuller, daughters, Connie Morgan, Elizabeth Coleman and significant other, Mark Uhlig. Grandchildren, Matilde Castleberry, Amy Taylor, Kristina Atkinson, Noah Castleberry, Hunter Castleberry, J.B. Castleberry, and several great grandchildren. Brothers, Edward Castleberry, Will Castleberry, Sister, Nell Castleberry, Sister-in-law, Mary Castleberry and several nieces and nephews.
Mr. Castleberry is preceded in death by his wife, Charlotte Wilson Castleberry, brother, Johnny Castleberry, sister and brother-in-law, Betty and John Richardson, sister-in-law, Lois Castleberry and son-in-law, Patrick Morgan.

Funeral services will be held Thursday June 13, 2024, at 11:00 a.m. in the chapel of Little & Davenport Funeral Home. Dr. Bill Coates will officiate. The family will receive friends Wednesday June 12 from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. and again Thursday from 10:00 a.m. until the funeral hour at the funeral home.
