Bobby Gene Crawford

Mr. Bobby Gene Crawford, age 90, of Nicholson, GA died Sunday, June 2, 2024 at his residence.  Mr. Crawford was born in Nicholson to the late, Pet and Annie Mert Adams Crawford.  He was a member of Nicholson Fire Baptized Pentecostal Holiness Church.  Mr. Crawford was retired from International Paper Company and was a former councilman for the city of Nicholson.  In addition to his parents, Mr. Crawford was preceded in death by his wife, Margie Hudson Crawford.

Mr. Crawford is survived by his children, Keith Crawford of Nicholson, Teresa Abbott and William Campbell both of Hull, Beverly Yarbrough of Bogart and Ruth Doyle of Loganville; and a number of grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Funeral services will be at 2 PM, Thursday, June 6 at the chapel of Little-Ward Funeral Home with Rev. Marty Smith and Rev. Jimmy Edwards officiating.  Interment will follow in Howington Cemetery.  The family will receive friends at the funeral home Wednesday from 5 to 8 PM.
