Nathan Alexander Gilleland

Mr. Nathan Alexander Gilleland, age 28 of Toccoa, Georgia passed away Wednesday, May 22nd, 2024.

A son of Tammy Dodd Gilleland and Johnathan Gilleland, he was born January 30th, 1996 in Hall County, Georgia having lived most of his life in Stephens County, Georgia. He worked as a forklift operator. His mentor Mr. Donte White helped him become a member of Teen Challenge. Nathan loved everyone and was always willing to help anyone. He also was an avid animal lover.  He was of the Baptist faith and attended Christ Fellowship. 

Survivors include his mother Tammy Gilleland of Toccoa, Georgia; father and step-mother Johnathan Gilleland and Nanette Embree of Anderson, South Carolina; brother Paul Gilleland of Toccoa, Georgia; sister Jessica Gaddis of Gainesville, Georgia; step-brother Riley Embree of Belton, South Carolina; step-sister Lauren Arrowwood of Anderson, South Carolina; grandmother Glenda McFarlin of Gainesville, Georgia, Jackie Kidd of Gainesville, Georgia and Martha Dysinger of Toccoa, and aunts Debbie Kidd and Patricia Williams.
