David Kendall “Pete” Moore

Mr. David Kendall “Pete” Moore, 66, of Oakwood, passed away Saturday, May 18, 2024 at Northeast Georgia Medical Center Gainesville.

A Graveside service will be held at 12:00 p.m. Monday, May 20, 2024 in Memorial Park Cemetery. Rev. Phil Carpenter will officiate. The family will receive friends at Memorial Park Funeral Home on Monday from 11:00 a.m. until 12:00 p.m.

Born on December 26, 1957 in Gainesville, he was the son of Maxine Graham Moore and the late David Stanley Moore. He was employed with Lowes where he was a salesman. Mr. Moore was a member of Flat Creek Baptist Church.

Mr. Moore is survived by his daughter, Amy Huffman of Gainesville; mother, Maxine Graham Moore of Oakwood; cousins, Phyllis and Richard Suppes of Oakwood; two grandchildren and one step grandson.
