Mr. Lyle Thomas Dysinger, age 76 of Collins Road, Toccoa passed away Tuesday, April 30, 2024 at his residence.
A son of the late Clint Erwin Dysinger and Laura Cordes Dysinger, he was born April 1, 1948 in Hackensack, New Jersey, having lived most of his life in Toccoa. He was self-employed in electronics. He was of the Baptist faith and a member of Toccoa Elks Lodge. His hobbies, to name a few included ham radio, model trains, karaoke, line dancing and being a D.J.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a sister, Joan Valentine.
Survivors include his wife of the home, Martha Elrod Dysinger; two daughters, Jennifer Dysinger of Anderson, South Carolina and Beth Dysinger Bengel of New Milford New Jersey; son, Clint Dysinger of Toccoa; fourteen grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren; brother and sister-in-law, Larry and Jane Dysinger of Monroe, New York.
Funeral services will be Monday, May 6, 2024, 2 o’clock p.m. in the Hillcrest Chapel of the Acree-Davis Funeral Home with The Reverend Dennis West officiating.
The family will receive friends at the Acree-Davis Funeral Home on Sunday, May 5, 2024 from 6 p.m. until 8 p.m. and on Monday from noon until the service time. Online condolences my be left for the family at www.acree-davisfh.com.
His wishes were to be cremated and cremation will follow.
