In addition to her parents, Hazel was preceded in death by her husband, Joe Rylee; her in-laws, J.S. (Elmer) and Susie Griffin Rylee; her brother, Jackie Cape, her brothers in-law, Olin Rylee, Jerry Rylee, and Andy Marinos;  her sisters in-law, Helen Rylee and Carolyn Rylee, and her great-granddaughter, Kyleigh Beth Hewell.

In addition to her four children, she is survived by her grandchildren, Erika (Derrick) Atkinson, Kyle (Holly) Rylee, Kasey (Jenny) Rylee, Kody (Alexis) Rylee, Michael Smith, and Brandi Hewell; great grandchildren, Knox, Kolt, Waylon, Wyatt, Westyn, Kayden, Kylen, Kynsleigh, Kolston; Erika and Kyle’s mother, Sheryl Rylee; sister, Linda Cape; sister and brothers-in-law, Mattie Marinos, Jack Rylee, Richard Rylee, Danny (Carol) Rylee, and Connie Rylee.

The family will receive friends from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm Thursday, April 25, 2024, at Memorial Park Riverside Chapel. Funeral services are scheduled for 11:00 am Friday, April 26, 2024 at Timberidge Baptist Church, with interment to follow in the church cemetery.
