Janice Lee Christie Williams

Janice Lee Christie Williams, age 85 of Cleveland, passed away Tuesday, April 9, 2024.

Mrs. Williams was born June 9, 1938, in Valley City, ND to the late LaGrand and Ella Knutsen Geisler. Janice earned a master’s degree in counseling from The University of North Dakota was a former counselor and administrator for Freedom in Christ Ministries. She was a member of Cleveland Presbyterian Church. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her sister, Rae Marie Geisler, daughters-in-law, Linda Christie and Peggy Christie.

Survivors include her husband, Dale Williams; sons and daughters-in-law, Bob Christie Jr. (Tracy), Greg Christie, Todd Christie (Brenda), Scott Bradley Christie; brother-in-law, Kurt Kvilvang, 11 grandchildren and 17 great grandchildren also survive.

A memorial service honoring Janice’s life will be held at 2:00 P.M. Saturday, April 27, 2024, at First Presbyterian Church of Cleveland.  The Rev. Burnetta Armour will officiate.
