Stephen Wayne Bell, 52, of Cumming, Georgia passed away Thursday, April 4, 2024 at Accentcare Hospice Center surrounded by his loving family.
Born May 26, 1971, Stephen formerly lived in Duluth and had been a resident of Forsyth County for the past 5 years. He was a graduate of Duluth High School. Stephen was of Christian faith and worked as a maintenance technician at Walmart Marketplace in Cumming. An avid NASCAR and wrestling fan, he had a great love for animals, especially cats. Stephen had an outgoing personality and he never met a stranger. He was loved by many and preceded in death by his mother, Shirley Eakin Bernhard.
He is survived by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, and other relatives.
Memorial services will be held Sunday, April 7, 2024 at 3 p.m. at Bearden Funeral Home. Pastor Frank Zimmerman will officiate. The family will receive friends from 2 p.m. until the hour of service.
In lieu of flowers the family requests donations in Stephen’s memory be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital at www.stjude.org.
