Calvin Mangrum was born on September 30, 1951, to the late Bertha Mae Banks and James B. Mangum Sr. in Gainesville, Ga. Calvin departed this life on March 17th.
Calvin attended Gainesville public schools. He was a member of Glory Tabernacle. He was an independent truck driver for over 40 years.
He was preceded in death by his parents late Bertha Mae Banks and James B. Mangrum Sr. Siblings Mary Ann Campbell, Earnestine Smith, and Hazel Morrison. Special friend Catherine Rell.
Calvin leaves to cherish his memory to his children: Kimkeshia, Darnell, Calvin Jr, and Lataisha. 2 Siblings Mr. James (Mary) Mangrum Jr., Joan Alexander. One aunt Ruby Nell Cantrell, One Uncle Osco Cantrell all of Gainesville, Ga. A host of Grandchildren, and other relatives & friends.
Mr. Mangrum Celebration of Life will be held Saturday, April 6th at the hour of 1pm at Hillside Chapel. Professional Services Entrusted to Wimberly Funeral Home.
