Robert "Bob" O. Koch

Robert “Bob” O. Koch, age 91, of Norcross, GA, passed away on Monday, March 25, 2024.  He was preceded in death by his wife, Myra Williams Koch; parents, William Thomas Koch and Billie Jordan Koch; sister, Tommie Ezell.  He is survived by his children, Karl Alan Koch of Auburn, GA, Karen Leigh (Mickey) Reynolds of Buford, GA; and Kathy Hulsey of Buford, GA; grandchildren, Lauren Michelle Reynolds of Savanah, GA, Zachary Koch Reynolds of Buford, GA, Kyle Brandon Koch of Auburn, GA, and Robert Jacob Hulsey of Buford, GA; niece, Mona Ezell Shoemate of Redrock, TX; nephew, Grant Ezell, of Dallas, TX. 

Mr. Koch was born December 1, 1932 in Poplarville, MS.  He graduated from Poplarville High School and was a graduate of Millsaps College with a Bachelor’s Degree.  He retired from AT&T as a Chemical Engineer. Mr. Koch was also a veteran of the U.S. Army.  He was a member of Norcross First United Methodist church and a Mason and member of Norcross Masonic Lodge F.A.M.

A Funeral Service will be held on Friday, March 29, 2024 at 11:00 a.m. in the Chapel of Flanigan Funeral Home, Buford, GA.  Interment with Military Honors will follow at White Chapel Memorial Gardens, Duluth, GA.  The Family will receive friends on Thursday, March 28, 2024 from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at the Funeral Home.
