James Marshall Weathers

James Marshall Weathers, age 65, of Jefferson, GA, passed away Saturday, March 16, 2024.  He was preceded in death by his father, James LeBron Weathers, brother LeBron Weathers.  Mr. Weathers is survived by his step-daughters, Tabitha Smith of Pendergrass, GA, Tara Drake, of Hull, GA; mother, Viola Broome Garris of Pendergrass, GA; brother, Michael (Melissa) Weathers of Texas; six step-grandchildren; four step-great grandchildren; several nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Mr. Weathers was born December 26, 1958 in Duluth, GA.  He received his education at Milton High School.  Mr. Weathers was a retired construction worker for J. R. Hopkins Construction Co.  He was a member of Antioch Baptist Church, Buford, GA.

A Memorial Service will be held at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday, March 20, 2024 at Antioch Baptist Church, with Pastor Ronnie Coley officiating.
