Norma Jean "Huxsaw" Yoder

Norma Jean (Huxsaw) Yoder 91 passed away Wednesday March 13^th 2024 and heaven gained one of it’s best angels.  Norma was born July 18 1932, in Canfield Ohio to Maude Ethel Huxsaw & Chauncy Irvin Huxsaw.  She graduated from Canfield High School in 1950.  She later attended Youngstown College.  Norma met her late husband Robert N. Yoder and their first date was at the local drag races.  They wed in 1953 and went on to have 4 children.  She was a devout Christian and raised her family attending church regularly.  She was involved with the Christian Women’s Fellowship and volunteered in her church office.

Norma was proceeded in death by her husband Robert N Yoder, her parents, and her siblings Howard G Huxsaw, Elmer B Huxsaw, Orville E Huxsaw and Jean E (Huxsaw) Carver.  Norma is survived by her children Terry A Yoder, Mark H(Robin) Yoder, Glen R(Laura) Yoder and Linda S (Bryan) Richards. Her grandchildren Jennifer (Jason) Bladh, Ryan (Karen) Radowick, Rayann Wadolowski,  Sara Yoder, Brittany Richards, Erin Yoder, Brooke (Daniel) Boerner and 13 great grandchildren and 4 great great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.

Those who loved her will miss her gentle but steadfast spirit but are resting knowing she was welcomed at the gates of Heaven with a resounding “well done you good and faithful servant”.  Please feel free to donate to your favorite charity in memory of Norma.
