Terri Dawn “T.D.” Smith

Terri Dawn “T.D.” Smith, 48, of Dawsonville passed away Thursday, March 14, 2024.

Born November 12, 1975, she was a native of Stone Mountain and had lived in Dawson County for the past 10 years.  Terri was employed by Jan’s Day Care and formerly worked as a bus monitor for the Forsyth County School System.  A member of Liberty Baptist Church, she was preceded in death by her mother, Rita Smith.

Surviving are her daughter, Olivia Kinney, Flowery Branch; father, Terry Smith, Dawsonville; sister and brother in law, Michelle and Phillip Stover, Forsyth County; and brother, Charlie Smith, Auburn, GA.

Funeral services will be held Monday, March 18, 2024 at 2 o’clock at the Bearden Funeral Home Chapel.  Rev. Lamar Purcel will officiate.  Interment will follow in the Bethel Methodist Church Cemetery.

The family will receive friends Sunday from 3 until 8 at the funeral home.
