David Wayne Kennedy

David Wayne Kennedy, age 59, of Braselton, GA passed away on Saturday, March 9, 2024. He is survived by his wife of seventeen years, Mary Carol Kennedy of Braselton; children, David (Caitlin) Kennedy of Monroe, GA, Brittany (Alexis) Robinson of Atlanta, GA, Jesse Robinson of Braselton, Chloe Kennedy of Braselton; seven grandchildren, Bella, Logan, Cameron, Lilia, Aaliyah, J.J., Royal; sister, Lawana (Sam) Trifoso of Sugar Hill, GA; and several nieces, nephews, aunts, and uncles.  Mr. Kennedy was born on July 6, 1964 in Elmira, New York.  He was a 1982 graduate of Redan High School before becoming a veteran of the U.S. Army with eight years of service. Mr. Kennedy was a retired fork lift operator with the Avantor Company and was a member of the White Plains Baptist Church in Jefferson, GA.  He was an avid deer hunter and golfer and loved soft ball.  A Memorial Service with Military Honors will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, March 16, 2024 at the White Plains Baptist Church (3650 GA Hwy 124, Jefferson, GA) with Pastor Carly Pittman officiating. Flowers accepted or donations may be made to White Plains Baptist Church (3650 GA Hwy 124, Jefferson, GA 30549) in memory of David W. Kennedy.
