McKinley Breanne Monti, age 11, of Toccoa, Georgia and Cornelia, Georgia went to be with the Lord on Thursday, February 22, 2024.

McKinley was born on April 6, 2012 with an infectious zest for life, she brought boundless happiness to all around her. She adored her siblings and her entire family. McKinley's vibrant soul was woven with threads of creativity and passion. She found joy in the melody of music as well as her artistic talents that knew no bounds. She enjoyed coloring and painting (including her hair) to crafting intricate bracelets. McKinley was in the 5th Grade at Stephens County Middle School and cherished the company of her friends, reveling in the simple joys of laughter and companionship. With a sweet demeanor that could swiftly transform into the sass of a diva, McKinley left an indelible impression on all who crossed her path. Her love for makeup and knack for creating TikToks reflected her playful spirit. McKinley found delight in traveling, especially to Dollywood.

Despite facing numerous obstacles, McKinley approached life with courage and determination. She embodied the spirit of a brave warrior, facing each challenge with resilience and grace. Her fierce determination and unyielding spirit serve as a testament to her strength and fortitude.

In the words of Shakespeare, "Though she be but little, she is fierce." McKinley Breanne Monti leaves behind a legacy of love, laughter, and unwavering courage.

Survivors include her mother, Kaylee Dempsey, of Toccoa; father, Travis Monti, of Cornelia; step-father, Jonathon Dempsey, of Toccoa; brother, Bo Monti; sister, Lennox Dempsey; brother, Major Dempsey; maternal grandparents, Amy and Bruce Harkness, of Demorest; paternal grandparents, Howard and Kim Monti, of Jackson; grandmother, Melissa Kennedy; grandparents, Pauline and Joe Bielicki, of Lula; aunt, Amanda Harkness; uncle and aunt, Chris and Sarah Monti; uncle and aunt, Thomas and Autumn Hedgecoth; aunts, Jessica and Megan Umberhandt; uncle and aunt, Cameron and Taylor Mote; uncle, Bryson Moss; uncle and aunt, Adam and Katelynn Mote; uncle, Austin Patterson; uncle, Jake Monti; uncle and aunt, Alex and Elizabeth McClure; aunt, Jessica Dempsey; god-mother, Alexis Stiles; and numerous cousins.

She was preceded in death by her maternal great-grandparents, Shirley Bone; Wendall and Francine Reems; paternal great-grandparents, Ben and Mary Monti; Mike and Carolyn Head.

Funeral Services will be held at 2:00 p.m., Saturday, March 2, 2024 at the Torch Worship Center with Rev. Craig Brown officiating.

The family will receive friends from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m., Thursday, February 29, 2024 and from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., Friday, March 1, 2024 at the Whitfield Funeral Home, North Chapel.
