Frances Reddaway

Frances Reddaway passed away peacefully surrounded by her family.  She was born and grew up in Jamestown, NY.  She attended Ohio Wesleyan University, where she met her husband who preceded her in death, John David Reddaway, Sr.  Also, preceding her death were her father and mother Ernest Delos Leet and Mary Bailey Leet of Jamestown, NY and her sister Bethia Leet Sherman of Falls Church, VA.

Frances was kindly known as “Francie” to her family and friends, and is survived by her sister Rosemary Leet Stark, Francie’s three children:  Susan Leet Reddaway, John “David” Reddaway, Jr. (Carol) and John “Mark” Reddaway (Jennifer); four grandchildren: John David “JD” Reddaway, III (Kirstin), Michael James Reddaway (Emma), Darby Christine Reddaway Allison (Nicholas), Mary Helen Reddaway, two great-grandchildren of JD and Kristin – Kenya Diane Reddaway, Ella Frances Reddaway, and several nieces and nephews.

A Celebration of Life will be held at the Lake Lanier Sailing Club on February 25, 2024, from 1 pm – 5 pm.  In lieu of flowers, please make your donation to the LLSC Jr. Program, American Cancer Society, NE GA Food Pantry or to a charity of your choice.
