Victor Hanna Nassar Hernandez

Victor Hanna Nassar Hernandez passed away peacefully on February 5, 2024 at Northside Hospital in Duluth, GA after a fierce battle with lung cancer. He was 78 years old.

Victor was born August 17, 1945 in Haifa, Palestine. He was the youngest of 11 children.

He married the love of his life, Sana (Issa) on September 8, 1968 in Jerusalem and had two sons. They were married 55 years. In 2011, Victor and Sana immigrated to the United States to live closer to their children.

Victor was a man of many talents. He touched the lives of many people in Jerusalem, Ramallah, and the United Sates through his work in architectural design, manufacturing, automotive sales and hospitality. He was kind, intelligent, good hearted, honest, loyal, and generous to everyone. He was an avid classic car enthusiast and a collector. He had a passion for gardening and landscape design. He loved life and enjoyed the true meaning of giving to others.

He cherished spending time with his grandchildren, often playing and drawing with them and never missing an opportunity to teach them something new.

He will be dearly missed by all who loved and knew him.

He is survived by, his wife, Sana (Issa); Children: Rami Victor (Deanna Domitrovich) Nassar, Sani (Robin Railson) Nassar; Grandchildren: Joe, Camila, Bailey, Spencer, Sabrina, Grace, Victor, and Natalia. Great Grandchildren: Evangeline and Emma and many more nieces and nephews throughout the world.

He is preceded in death by his mother and father: Mariana (Hernandez) and Hanna Nassar; brothers: Mattia, Carmelo, Juan, Jaime, Pepe, Manuel.  Sisters: Maria Cruz, Louisa, Dolores (Lola) and Isabel.

A Funeral Mass will be held on Wednesday, February 7, 2024, at 4:00 p.m., in the Chapel of Flanigan Funeral Home, Buford, GA.  The family will receive friends from 2:00 p.m. until 4:00 p.m. at the Funeral Home.
