Vesta Smith Stewart

Mrs. Vesta Smith Stewart, age 77, of Danielsville, GA entered into the presence of the Lord on January 23, 2024 surrounded by her loved ones.

Mrs. Stewart was born on January 26, 1946 in Madison County, GA to the late Chandler and Pearl McIntire Smith. Mrs. Stewart was a member of Mount Zion Baptist Church.

Mrs. Stewart is survived by her loving husband of 48 years, James Stewart, and a son, Rev. Eric (Mandy) Stewart, sister; Linda (Larry) Westmoreland along with 5 beloved grandchildren.

In addition to her parents, Mrs. Stewart is preceded in death by her brother; Lenzia Smith, sisters; Mogene Wood, Saly Brown and Mary Mitzel.

Funeral Services for Mrs. Stewart will be held on Friday, January 26th, 2024 at 3:00PM in the Chapel of Ivie Funeral Home with Rev. Eric Stewart, Rev. Larry Dyer and Rev. Douglas Duncan officiating. Interment will follow in Mount Zion Baptist Church Cemetery. The Family will receive friends from 1:00PM until the service hour.
