Tina S. McCarthy

Mrs. Tina S. McCarthy, age 51 of Lula, passed away on Thursday, January 18, 2024 at the residence of her sister following an extended illness.  

Funeral services are scheduled for Monday, January 22, 2024 at 2:00 pm in the Chapel of Memorial Park Funeral Home.  Reverend Steve Baker and Pastor Andre Johnson will officiate.  The family will receive friends on Sunday, January 21, 2024 from 2 – 4 pm and 6 – 8 pm at the funeral home.

Mrs. McCarthy was born April 24, 1972 in Gainesville, Georgia to the late Claude Baker and Louise Walden Baker.  Tina was a loving wife, mother and sister, and was loved by many.  Tina was of the Baptist Faith.  She was part of the Georgia Heart Institute’s Accounts Receivable Team and loved her work family at GHI & NGPG.

Mrs. McCarthy is survived by her husband, Robert N. McCarthy of Lula, her son, Gabriel C. McCarthy of Lula, her daughter & son-in-law, Emma L. & Michael Harmon of South Bloomfield, Ohio, her grandson, Ellis, her mother, Louise Baker of Oakwood and her sisters, Mendy Webb and Rena Harrison, both of Oakwood.
