Shirley Jarrard Winkler

Shirley Jarrard Winkler, age 86, of Lawrenceville, passed away on Friday, January 19, 2024.

Mrs. Winkler was born in Dahlonega, on April 30, 1937, to the late Ben and Elizabeth Turner Jarrard.  She worked in Fiber Optics at AT&T.  In addition to her parents, Shirley was preceded in death by her beautiful, sweet daughter, Pamela Winkler; siblings, Agnes and Dillard Free, Ruth and Fred Cash, Bessie and Shortly Lee, Verbie and Telford Brewer, Cloye and Benny Duncan, Lena and Earl Nix, P.J. and Doris Jarrard, Frances and Albert Grizzle and Bud and Edna Jarrard.

Survivors include her husband, Talmadge Winkler; sisters, Faye Allison, Sydna Franklin; along with a host of wonderful nieces and nephews.
