Suzanne Ingle, 83, of Gainesville, GA, passed away peacefully at her home on January 17, 2024 with close friends and family by her side. She was born on February 3, 1940, in Gainesville, GA, to the late Duskin Joseph Johnson and Margie Nell Dorsey and was a life-long member of the First Baptist Church of Gainesville.
Suzanne was a devoted wife, mother, and grandmother. She is survived by her loving husband, Fred Ingle; her daughter, Linda Ingle; her son, Ben Ingle; her daughter-in-law, Kelley Ingle; her granddaughters, Emma Ingle and Katie Ingle; cousin Kay Bell; adopted family members Kimberly Hayes, and Phil and Jan Wofford. Suzanne was also blessed to have a group of close friends that she enjoyed being with and that cared so much for her. Suzanne cherished her family and friends dearly and her memory will forever be treasured in their hearts.
During the last few months of her life, Suzanne was cared for at her home by the loving team of Sheila Knox and the Inspire Hospice and Palliative Care. The family greatly appreciates their care and devotion.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made to the Humane Society of Northeast Georgia in Suzanne's honor. She had a deep love and compassion for animals, and supporting this cause would be a fitting tribute to her memory.
The Ingle family would like to express their heartfelt gratitude to all those who have offered their condolences and support during this difficult time.
