Kellie Marie Merola Jennings

Evans Funeral Home of Jefferson announces the death of Kellie Marie Merola Jennings, age 45, of Jefferson, Georgia who entered rest Sunday January 14, 2024. Kellie was born in Athens, Georgia the daughter of Sal Merola Jr. and Roxie Arnold Merola of Jefferson, Georgia.

Kellie worked as a Physical Therapist at St. Mary’s Hospital, Athens, GA. She was a member at Southside Church Redstone, loved animals, traveling and being outside close to nature. Being the mother to her two children was her greatest accomplishment, but God was her main focus in her life.

In addition to her parents, she is survived by her husband, Joshua Jennings of Jefferson. Her children, Caiden and Adalyn Jennings of Jefferson. Sister, Kayla Ginn (Ryan) of Clarksville, GA. Niece and Nephew, Elie and Eli Ginn of Clarksville, GA. Father and mother in law, Ronnie and Marti Jennings of Salem, SC. Sister-in-law, Christie Oliver (Travis) Salem, SC. Niece and nephew, Ella and Leo Oliver of Salem, SC.

Funeral services will be held 2:00 P.M. Wednesday January 17, 2024 in the Chapel of Evans Funeral Home with Reverend Jeff Williams officiating. The family will receive friends Wednesday from 12 noon until time of service at Evans Funeral Home.
