Helenia Kim Tumlin, age 59, of Gainesville, passed away on Friday, January 5, 2024.
Mrs. Tumlin was born on December 27, 1964, in Hall County, to Judith Jackson and the late Dean Jackson. She was a graduate of North Hall High School and worked for Mohawk Industries. In addition to her father, Kim was preceded in death by her husband, Jimmy Tumlin; and brother, Michael Jackson.
Survivors include her children, Christopher Berendson (Katie Satterfield), Alicia Leverette (Teddy Leverette III), Levi Tumlin (Jesse Wells), and Josh Tumlin (Amanda Tumlin); grandchildren, Skylar, Tucker, Nolan, Joseph, Brylee, Eden, Savannah, Madison, Connor, Lakyn, and Rowyn; mother, Judith Jackson, brothers and sisters-in-law, Jon and Susie Jackson, and Stephen and Sallie Jackson; sister-in-law, Cindy Jackson; a number of nieces and nephews also survive.
Funeral services are scheduled for 3:00 P.M. Sunday, January 7, 2024, at the Chapel of Barrett Funeral Home. The Rev. Jimmy Peck, Son, Levi Tumlin, and the Rev. Jack Enloe will officiate. Interment will follow in Gateway Memory Park.
The family will receive friends from 1:00 – 3:00 P.M. Sunday at the funeral home.
