Debra Devona Anthony

Ms. Debra Devona Anthony, 66, of Gainesville, passed away Wednesday, January 3, 2024 at Northeast Georgia Medical Center Gainesville.

Funeral services will be held at 12:30 p.m. Saturday, January 6, 2024 in the Chapel of Memorial Park Funeral Home. Interment will follow in Memorial Park Cemetery. The family will receive friends at Memorial Park Funeral Home on Saturday from 11:00 a.m. until 12:30 p.m.

Born on January 20, 1957 in Gainesville, she was the daughter of Mary Lay Dickenson and the late Kenneth Dickenson. She was a secretary for Hilton Hotel in Atlanta for 47 years. Ms. Anthony was of the Baptist faith.

In addition to her father, Ms. Anthony was preceded in death by her son, John Walter Brabham, III and sister, Vickie Stiles.

Ms. Anthony is survived by her mother, Mary Lay Dickenson of Gainesville; daughter and son in law, Kendra and Mark Barnett of McDonough; son, Danny Anthony of Gainesville; sister and brother in law, Tina and Robert Nichols of Jonesboro; grandchildren, John Barnett, Lucas Barnett, Raiden Anthony, Jasiah Anthony and a number of other loving relatives.
