Kathryn Hooten Bradford was called home to the Lord on January 2, 2024 at the age of 92.
Born in Milledgeville, Georgia on September 19, 1931 to Edmund and Myrtle Hooten, she was the youngest of four daughters all who have preceded her in death. Kathryn was the widow of the late Robert (Bob) Edward Bradford and retired with him from Decatur, Georgia to Lake Hartwell where they lived until his death in 2003. A retired high school teacher and history buff, she had previously been an active member of the Toccoa chapters of the UDC and DAR, and Mullins Ford Baptist Church in Martin.
Kathryn leaves behind two children, Robert Edward Bradford, Jr. of Kennesaw and Florence Alyson Bradford of Cornelia along with three grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren, and one great-great-grandchild.
Graveside service Monday January 8, 2023, 2 o’clock p.m. at Mullins Ford Baptist Church Cemetery. The following gentlemen will serve as pallbearers, Alex Sperandeo, Robert Sperandeo, William Bailey, Tim Bailey, Pete Ramey and Clint Ramey.

Interment to follow in the Mullins Ford Baptist Church Cemetery with the Acree-Davis Funeral Home and Crematory in charge of the arrangements for Mrs. Kathryn Hooten Bradford.
