David Milton Wiley

David Milton Wiley, 75, of Norcross, Georgia, passed away on Sunday, December 17, 2023. David was born on July 6, 1948, in Warwick, Georgia to the late Blennie Nicholis Wiley and Ruby Mildred Wiley. After graduation, David moved to Atlanta to attend college. He enjoyed a long career working at the Federal Reserve Bank and the Federal Aviation Administration in Atlanta.

David had a love of the outdoors. He enjoyed fishing, going to the mountains with his wife Judy, and in years past enjoyed the beach with his son David Jr and stepson Billy.

David is survived by his wife, Judy Arrington Wiley of Norcross; his son, David Wiley Jr of Sugar Hill; his step-son, Billy Akin of Tucker; his step-daughter, Jenny Hatfield of Colorado Springs, Colorado; five grandkids; and ten siblings, Joann Baggett of Pace, Florida, Larry Wiley of Tifton, Bernice Lewis of Tifton, Zora Jarvis of Thomasville, Jean Nesmith of Ft. Valley, Ann Helms of Tifton, Royce Wiley of Moultrie, Joyce Hernandez of Roberta, Otis Wiley of Coolidge, Laura Sheppard of Cobb County, Georgia. David was predeceased by one sibling, Nolan Wiley.

A funeral service will be held on Saturday, January 6^th, 2024, at 2:00 PM at Hamilton Mill Memorial Chapel. The family will receive friends from 12:00 PM – 2:00 PM prior to the service at the funeral home. Pastor Chuck Allen will officiate. Interment will be held at Hamilton Mill Memorial Gardens immediately following the service.
