Leo Grant Evans, Jr., age 65 of Buford, GA, passed away Sunday, December 10, 2023. Mr. Evans is survived by his brother, Melvin (Karen) Evans of San Antonio, TX; sister, Sherry (Michael) McCune of San Antonio, TX; nieces, Shellie Mayfield, and Tiffanie Raymond; Nephews, Matthew Evans, Corey McCune, Chad McCune, and Colby McCune; numerous Great-Nieces, Great-Nephews, and cousins.

Mr. Evans was born September 9, 1958 in San Antonio, TX. He attended McCullum High School in San Antonio, TX. He was a retired laborer from The Colan Co. and a member of First Pentecostal Church of Buford.

A Funeral Service will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Friday, December 15, 2023, at First Pentecostal Church of Buford, Buford, GA, with Pastor Jordan Copeland officiating. Interment will follow at Hillcrest Cemetery, Buford, GA. Mr. Evans will lie in state at the Church on Friday, December 15, 2023 from 11:30 a.m. until 1:00 p.m.
