Ann Thrasher Jordan

Ann Thrasher Jordan, age 90, of Buford, GA passed away on Saturday, December 2, 2023.  She was preceded in death by her husband, Myron J. Jordan; daughter, Debbie Jordan Haldeman, parents, Alvin and Zina Berry Thrasher; sisters, Gladys Doster, Grace Cheek; brothers, Roy Thrasher, Douglas Thrasher. Mrs. Jordan is survived by her son, David (Kristy) Jordan of Douglasville, GA; grandchildren, Mitsy (Skipper) Mize of Dacula, GA, Kim Bridges of Monroe, GA; great-grandchildren, Jordon Fox, Tori Simpson, Rylee Bridges, Justin Bridges; great-great grandchildren, Gracelyn Simpson, Lennon Bridges; sisters-in-law, Judy Marsingill Jordan of Oakwood, GA, Kathryn Jordan Addis of Buford; several nieces, nephews, and cousins. She was born on February 4, 1933 in Buford, GA and was a graduate of Sugar Hill High School.  Mrs. Jordan was a homemaker and of the Baptist faith.  She was a clogging teacher, loved needlepoint, and enjoyed going to the mountains.  Funeral services will be held on Monday, December 4, 2023 at 2:00 p.m. in the Chapel of Flanigan Funeral Home with Rev. Grant Wade officiating.  Interment will follow in the Broadlawn Memorial Gardens located in Buford, GA.  The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Monday, December 4, 2023 from 11:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m.
