Gloria Dean Crumley Tapp

Mrs. Gloria Dean Crumley Tapp, 90, of Lakeland, FL, passed away Thursday, November 23, 2023 at her residence.

Funeral services will be held at 12:30 p.m. Saturday, December 2, 2023 in the Chapel of Memorial Park Funeral Home. Rev. Junior Sosebee will officiate. Interment will follow in Memorial Park Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Friday, December 1, 2023 from 2:00 p.m. until 4:00 p.m. and from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m.

Born on July 3, 1933 in Jefferson, GA, she was the daughter of the late Herman William Crumley and the late Rosa Lee Levada (Ayers) Crumley. She received her B.S. Degree in Nursing and retired from Northeast Georgia Medical Center. Mrs. Tapp was a member of Willow Oak Church of God.

In addition to her parents, Mrs. Tapp was preceded in death by her husband Elijah Julian Tapp, Jr.

Mrs. Tapp is survived by her sons and daughter in law, Tony Julian Tapp of Cleveland, GA, Joel William and Myra Tapp of Gainesville, GA; granddaughter, Alyssa Gaddis (Travis) of Cumming; grandson, Philip Tapp (Diana) of Gainesville, GA; great grandchildren, Abey Gaddis of Cumming, GA, Eli Gaddis of Cumming, GA, Arielle Tapp of Gainesville, GA; brother, Lalon Crumley (May) of Douglasville, GA; sister, Ruby Cruce of Lakeland, FL and a number of other loving relatives.
