Frances Pittman

Frances Pittman, age 67, of Lilburn, GA, passed away Sunday, November 19, 2023.  She was preceded in death by her mother, Jessie Mae Capler; father, Isaac Pittman; sister, Dorothy Jackson.  Ms. Pittman is survived by her children, Shantee Johnson of Lilburn, GA, Meco Pittman of Jackson, MS, and Wilbert (Shakela) Pittman of Dallas, TX; Seven grandchildren; 3 great-grandchildren; sisters, Aretha (Randy) Jones of Jackson, MS, Brenda Robinson of Jackson, MS, Barbara (Freddie) Weeks of Memphis, TN, Gloria (Johnny) Carter of Chicago, IL, Ruthie (Emory) Robinson of Seattle, WA, Linda (Jerry) Franks of Indianapolis, IN; brothers, Eddie (Lisa) Capler, Stevie (Robin) Capler of Jackson, MS, Charles (Shirley) Robinson of Indianapolis, IN; and a host of nieces, nephews, and cousins. 

Ms. Pittman was born December 23, 1955 in Phillip, MS.  She graduated from west Tallahatchie High School in Webb, MS.  She was a retired Custodian at Dominic Hospital.  Ms. Pittman was a member of St. Luker Missionary Baptist Church, Jackson, MS.

Funeral Services will be held at 12:00 PM on Monday, November 27, 2023 in the Chapel of Flanigan Funeral Home, Buford.  The family will receive friends from 10:00 a.m. until 11:00 a.m. on Monday, November 27, 2023 at the Funeral Home.
