Grady Leon Long

Mr. Grady Leon Long, age 85 of Gainesville, passed away on Wednesday, November 1, 2023 at Northeast Georgia Medical Center following a brief illness.

Memorial services will be announced at a later date.

Mr. Long was born May 21, 1938 in Gainesville, Georgia to the late David Leon Long and Martha Cleo Turner Long.  He was a retired painter and of the Baptist Faith.  Grady was preceded in death by his parents, his brothers, Robert Harold Long and Curtis Franklin Long and his grandson, Nathan Anderson.

Mr. Long is survived by his children, Gloria Long and Ronald Long, both of Gainesville, his grandchildren, Hollie Lynn Ingram, Travis Brad Garrett, Chasey Renee Long and Shelly Ann Ledford and his great-grandchildren, Jayda Lalita Isabell Long, Alexander Ledford, Tamara Loudermilk, Lillith Ann Ingram, Austin Ingram, Taylynn Jade Anderson, Sadie Grace Anderson and Jack Kingston Evans.
