Tallie Regina Welch

Mrs. Tallie Regina Welch, 91, of Barnesville, passed away Tuesday, October 31, 2023 at Grady Hospital Atlanta.

A Graveside service will be held at 2:00 p.m. Friday, November 3, 2023 in Memorial Park Cemetery. Rev. Drewery Loggins will officiate. The family will receive friends at Memorial Park Friday from 1:00 p.m. until 2:00 p.m.

Born on February 12, 1932 in Loganville, GA, she was the daughter of the late Cody Cleveland Smith and the late Montine Benton Smith. Mrs. Welch was retired from Town and Country Decorating where she was a bookkeeper.

In addition to her parents, Mrs. Welch was preceded in death by her brother, Arthur C. Smith and sisters, Louise Smith and Sadie Smith Hatfield.

Mrs. Welch is survived by her husband Benny Welch of Barnesville; son and daughter in law, Barry and Stacey Welch of Griffin; granddaughters, Rachelmae Welch of Newnan, Adrianna Welch of Griffin and a number of other loving relatives.
